Dear Chief SchoolAdministrators:

As you are aware,effective July 1, 2005 all Chief School Administrators are required to submit to NJASA a Professional Growth Plan (PGP) based on their personal assessment oftheir performance, relative to the New Jersey Professional Standards for School Leaders and the Peer Review Committee Listing of at least three (3) of their colleagues.

All chief school administrators are required to submit to NJASA a Professional Growth Plan (PGP) as of July 1, 2005 that is based on the individual’s personal assessment of his/her performance relative to the New Jersey Professional Standards for School Leaders and to include a peer review of at least three of their colleagues.

Effective July 1, 2011, ALL PGP’s must be submitted electronically using the online forms provided on the NJASA website.

NJASA provides this as a FREE NJASA member service. Please be advised if you ARE NOT a NJASA member there is a $250.00 PGP maintenance and monitoring fee.
