Spring Leadership Conference Cmte. Structure

Committee Structure – The Chairpersons of the Spring Conference Committee are appointed by the NJASA President. The committee consists of superintendent and non-superintendent representatives from each county and the NJASA Director of Business Development. 

Committee Member Role and Responsibilities – The Spring Conference Committee members initiate programming, suggest speakers for presentations, and suggest the manner in which programming should be conducted for the Spring Conference. They publicize and solicit attendance at the Conference, as well as assist in coordinating all on-site Conference details as needed.

Meetings – The Committee shall meet one to two times throughout the membership year.
