• Human Resource Professionals:

    Focused Discussions to Avoid Pitfalls

For the 2019-20 school year we have created a series of three professional development offerings that will serve the interests of a wide range of districts–large to small, urban to rural, and of those with primary or shared HR responsibilities. The diversity in these groups is enormous and ranges from Superintendents to central office or school secretaries.

The scheduling of each presentation will be topical in nature based on the typical pattern of HR issues arising during the course of the year.

Our goal is that each attendee will come prepared to share challenges, discuss daily issues and situations, so that collectively an appropriate response can be developed to avoid pitfalls.

    Sessions will be facilitated by:

Dr. Kenneth King, Assistant Superintendent (retired), East Orange Public Schools

Dr. Marc Gaswirth, Assistant Superintendent (retired), Marlboro Twp. Public Schools

In addition, each session will have an active HR professional working closely with Dr. King and Dr. Gaswirth.
