NJASA is committed to supporting the continuous development of its members as they pursue both professional and personal goals. The Association recognizes that meaningful professional development is an ongoing, self-directed, and self-driven process designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and values of school leaders while providing opportunities for continued growth and achievement.
To that end, NJASA has designed a comprehensive professional development series featuring the following sessions:

Session 5. February 24, 2027 – Strategic Collective Bargaining: Navigating Negotiations to Advance District Goals
Session 6. March 4, 2027 – Navigating the Evolving Legal Landscape
Session 7. April 29, 2027 – Building Leadership Capacity for the New School Year
Session 8. May 27, 2027 – Navigating Turbulent Times: Leadership Lessons from Adversity
