SPECIAL NOTE: The waiver request for overnight lodging was APPROVED by the Commissioner of Education. As a result of this waiver, School Districts will be able to reimburse attendees for two nights of overnight lodging; Wednesday, January 28, and Thursday, January 29, 2026. Reimbursement for registration fees, mileage, and meals, are subject to the limitations and conditions set forth by your board and the travel regulations set forth by the NJDOE.
Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City is the official host hotel for the NJASA TECHSPO® ‘26 Conference. It is the responsibility of all attendees and exhibitors going to the TECHSPO® Conference to make their own hotel arrangements directly with Harrah’s Resort. NJASA has negotiated a special rate with the hotel for TECHSPO® ‘26 attendees and exhibitors.

NJASA TECHSPO® ‘26 attendees and exhibitors will receive the special rate of $97.00 per room, per night in Harrah’s Waterfront Tower. These rates are based on single or double occupancy. Hotel rooms are first-come, first-served. The special rate will only be offered until the room block is filled up or January 6, 2026, whichever happens first. Any reservations made after the cut-off date are on a space and rate availability basis determined by the hotel. All applicable tourism, state, and city taxes are in addition to the quoted rates. Parking is also additional. All prices are subject to change.
