    The New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA), in partnership with the New Jersey Association of School Administrators (NJASA), offers a Customized Policy Writing Service as an affordable solution for managing your school district's policy manual.

    Here are some of the enhanced features and cost saving benefits:

    NJSBA's policies are customized to the district. When your district contracts with NJSBA for its policy writing service, the end product is not a "cookie cutter" manual. Your district-specific content is retained within your manual as long as it is still current and legal. Your policies are written in layman's terms, making them easier to read and understand. 

    NJSBA puts your district in control of your manual. NJSBA provides you with all of your policies in Microsoft Word format. This allows you to save your manual in a secure location on your district's network where you can manage and control it by making updates as necessary. Other vendors offer the option to update your manual through their system at an extra cost.

    NJSBA provides free policy updates. Keep your manual up-to-date with free updates from NJSBA. Updates are emailed to your district in both a clean and marked-up format, and require no special software. That's a savings to the district of anywhere from $2,395 to $4,000 annually!
