Reopening schools goes beyond teacher vaccination, said Richard Bozza, executive director of the New Jersey Association of School Administrators. However, he expects schools will be able to gradually ramp up in-person instruction throughout the spring thanks to vaccinations, and hopefully, fewer coronavirus cases across the state.
