Verona, Cedar Grove officials grapple with new mandate

According to Richard Bozza, Executive Director of the New Jersey Association of School Administrators, people should expect a temporary dip in student performance as the bar is raised.
He said he's "cautious and concerned" about the plan, especially with a number of changes transforming state education. "One of my largest concerns is going to be the ability, particularly of school principals, to get all this work done because most of it falls on their shoulders," he said.
