    Conference Registration Fees: 

    NJASA Members – No fee (membership must be up to date)

    Non-member fee – $599 – full conference

    Non-member - One Day Pass – $299 (cannot be used for multiple days)

    Retirees and Spouses – $200 – full conference (If you are an active employee with an affiliated company, you cannot use the Retiree or Guest registration option. 

     

    NJAPSA/NJSTRIDE/NJETA Members – $550 – full conference

    NJAPSA Non-member fee – $599 – full conference

    NJAPSA/NJSTRIDE/NJETA Members - One Day Pass – $250 (cannot be used for multiple days)

    Non-member – One Day Pass – $299 (cannot be used for multiple days)

    NOTES:

    IF YOU ARE REGISTERING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS, PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION.  BE SURE TO USE THE REGISTRANT'S EMAIL AND PASSWORD OR, IF NEEDED, CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR THEM. 

    EACH REGISTRANT MUST BE REGISTERED SEPARATELY. THERE IS NO GROUP OPTION.

    Be sure to click the "add" button next to your registration option and allow the item to populate into your itinerary.

    Registration Policies:     All registrations must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, May 2, 2025 to avoid a late charge.  Onsite registration will be available for a $50.00 up-charge. 
    The Conference badge is your admittance to exhibit hall, sessions and included food and beverage functions.

    Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing to the Business Office - info@njasa.net.  Registrations cancelled after 4:00 PM Friday, May 2, 2025 and "no-shows" will result in a charge of the specified registration fee. 


    The Conference badge is your admittance to the exhibit hall, sessions and included food and beverage functions. 

    Purchase orders, vouchers and checks should be made payable to NJASA, 920 W. State St., Trenton, NJ 08618.
