As a service provided by the NJASA Legal Department, an attorney will assist NJASA Members in the development of their contracts to make sure all contracts comply with the new laws and regulations.
If you are not yet a member of NJASA. . .
NJASA urges you to contact the NJASA Legal Department for assistance if you are about to become a chief education officer for the first time. Though you are not yet a member, NJASA will provide you with legal assistance, consistent with NJASA Legal Policies, to ensure that your new contract complies with the law.
