Keynote speakers

Don't miss this year's keynote speakers Eric LeGrand, Dr. Steve Constantino, and Raymon J. McNulty.



Faith, Determination and Inspiration is the foundation on which Eric LeGrand's life is currently shaped upon. In 2010, as a defensive tackle on the Rutgers University football team, he suffered a severe spinal injury which dramatically changed his life. After emergency surgery and rehabilitation, Eric graduated with honors with a degree in Labor Relations, launched a sports broadcasting career and has been honored with a plethora of awards and accolades throughout his recovery process. He released his first book in 2012 BELIEVE: My Faith and The Tackle That Changed My Life. Eric is an advocate for individuals with spinal cord injuries and has formed "Team LeGrand" of the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation who's proceeds go toward research to find a cure for paralysis. Leader, teacher, author and entrepreneur Dr. Steve Constantino has a long and distinguished career in leadership and bringing innovation to educational and business organizations. Steve's work quickly has gained national prominence working with all types of educators, school board members, and businesses to promote sound practices in the leadership of organizations and the leveraging of family engagement as an essential element in increased academic achievement for all students and workforce productivity for businesses. Don't miss Dr. Constantino's keynote: Every Family Engaged, Every Student Learns!


Raymond J. McNulty is the Dean for the School of Education at Southern New Hampshire University and a Senior Fellow to the International Center for Leadership in Education, having previously served as President. Prior to joining the International Center, he was a senior fellow at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he worked with leading educators on improving our nation's high schools. Ray is committed to raising performance standards for both teachers and students and believes that education systems cannot wait for the children and challenges to arrive at school; rather, schools need to reach out and help forge solutions. Don't miss Ray McNulty's keynote: Future Ready Today — Where Best Practices Meet Next Practices.
