• These PDP templates may be adapted by directors, assistant superintendents, superintendents. They are populated with goals and activities of the New Jersey Leadership Academy, (https://welcome.njpsa.org/fea/s/community-event?id=a1YPW000002LvGf2AK/) the professional learning project designed and delivered through joint efforts of NJASA AND NJPSA/FEA. We wholeheartedly recommend the NJLA as a high quality, team oriented professional learning experience.

These forms can be easily edited to include additional or alternate personalized experiences, like the N.J. Consortia for Excellence through Equity and any of the professional learning opprtunites offered by NJASA.

For superintendents, it is not necessary to seek board of education approval of your PDP. NJAC 6A-4.3 requires each board of education to review the chief school administrator’s PDP and requires the chief school administrator to submit evidence of progress.
