    We are excited to be celebrating 29 years of TECHSPO® and look forward to providing you with the opportunity to interact with the leading New Jersey education administrators.  This year's TECHSPO® promises to be THE premier statewide technology exhibition and training conference for school leaders.

    Please note the following:

    Exhibit Space: 

    The cost for an exhibit booth is $1045

    Exhibit booths are 10’ x 10’ wide (PF booths in the pre-function hallway are (8’ x 10’) and will include:  8’ high back drape, 36” high side divider drape, fully carpeted exhibit hall, one (1) 7” x 44” booth identification sign, one 6’ draped table, one wastebasket, and two (2) side chairs.  Exhibitors exceeding the provided space will be asked to rearrange their booths in the space provided.  Internet, electricity, extra furniture, etc., are in addition to the cost of your booth.

    Exhibit Registration:  Exhibit booth registration allows for two (2) representatives to attend the conference, allows access to networking and all conference activities including food and beverage, plus a company listing in the conference program.  You may purchase additional representative registrations for $400 each.

    You may pick up your conference badge at the conference registration desk located on the first level outside of the exhibit hall (Wildwood Ballroom), on Wednesday, January 24 from 10:00am-3:00pm.

    Installation, Exhibit Hours, and Breakdown/Dismantle:  The exhibit hall will be open for set-up on Wednesday, January 24, from 10:00am-3:00pm.  

    All booths must be set up by 3:00pm on Wednesday as a Reception will be held in the Hall showcasing the Exhibitors from 5:00pm-6:30pm!

    The Exhibit Hall Hours:

    • Wednesday, January 24, 5:00pm-6:30pm
    • Thursday, January 25, 8:00am–4:15pm
    • Friday, January 26, 8:00am-11:45am

    Booth Breakdown/Dismantle begins at 11:45am on Friday, January 26. Early breakdowns must be approved by conference management.

    Exhibit Service Kit:  Furniture, labor and material handling can be ordered directly online.  Individual login credentials for the Vista Convention Services Exhibitor Kit will be emailed directly to you from Vista (vcs@vistacs.com) OR (heather@vistacs.com).  Supplemental ordering instructions from Encore for electric, internet and AV will be available in the Vista Exhibitor Kit.  The kit will also be available to download on the NJASA website.

    Location of Exhibits:  NJASA reserves the right to alter the locations of exhibitors or booths as shown on the official floor plan at its sole discretion, if deemed advisable in the best interest of the show, or to separate competitors.

    NJASA reserves complete authority for assignment of space.  Every effort will be made to ensure assignment of the best possible space for exhibitors.  To complete the assignment process on time, NJASA cannot call exhibitors if their space request is not available.  The exhibitor understands that approval of this registration and assignment of a booth is subject to availability and will be confirmed by exhibit management.

    Cancellations and Refunds:   A $100 fee will be imposed for cancellations made before December 18, 2023. No refunds will be given for cancellations after December 18.  Registrations made after December 18 or on-site will be assessed an additional $50.

    Restrictions — All decorative materials shall be flame-proof. Open areas are under the control of exhibit management and should not be used for exhibit or demonstration purposes.

    Liability — NJASA is not responsible for injury to any exhibitor or to an exhibitor's employees or property, or for loss by fire, theft, damage, delay, or any cause whatsoever, while exhibits and merchandise are in transit to or from the building, or while in the building unless due to negligent or willful acts of the NJASA or any of their employees or agents.  The exhibitor shall assume all responsibility for damage, injury, or loss to the premises in which said exhibit is held, or to persons or goods, caused by their exhibit, or by the negligent or willful acts of their employees or agents, and the exhibitor shall indemnify and save harmless NJASA and Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City from all liability which may ensue from such causes.

    Shipping Information:  Information regarding shipping, storage, pricing, etc., will be included in the exhibitor kit. The Vista Convention Services advance warehouse will start receiving freight 30 days before the show.

    DO NOT ship materials in advance of the show to Harrah’s--they will be returned to the sender at sender’s cost.

    In order for an exhibitor to send a shipment directly to Harrah’s, the freight must arrive between 10:00am and 3:00pm on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, and/or you have made arrangements with VISTA to accept the shipment for your company.
