New Superintendent Evaluation for New Jersey Chief Education Officers
New Jersey Public School District Superintendents are talking about the new evaluation process developed by the New Jersey School Boards Association and NJASA. Watch Dr. Richard Bozza, executive director of NJASA give you a glimpse into this exciting new option for evaluation.
The new process recognizes the need and the opportunity to encourage constructive, professional conversations about superintendent performance. And, judgments made about superintendent performance will be grounded in universally accepted leadership standards.
It’s not the only process boards may use, but we know it’s one that is most used throughout New Jersey.
