The New Jersey Association of School Administrators (NJASA) is comprised of Chief Education Officers and school administrators representing 593 school districts in New Jerseys 21 counties. Many NJASA members are superintendents who move education forward by ensuring the highest quality of instruction for all of New Jerseys children. Superintendents are Chief Education Officers responsible for the overall direction of school districts, including the instruction and safety of school children, the upkeep and expansion of facilities, and the recruitment and retention of the best teachers and staff.
